Privacy requests and ARCO rights

What you can request

Access to your personal data, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO), limits on use or disclosure, or withdrawal of consent. Identify the service and whether the request concerns your SARA Account or data in a connected application.

How to submit a request

1. Write to icilaboratories@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and the service name.
2. Provide your name, a contact email, the data or account concerned, the right you wish to exercise and a clear description. For correction, state the change requested and relevant supporting information.
3. Identity or representation must be verified. We will arrange a proportionate verification method. Do not attach passwords, verification codes, recovery links or full identity documents in your first message; wait for instructions about a suitable channel if supporting documents are needed.

Response and implementation periods

For ARCO requests, we will communicate the determination within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt. If granted, it will be implemented within the following 15 business days after the determination is communicated. Either period may be extended once for an equal period when justified; we will inform you. Requests for clarification and other applicable procedural rules will be explained for your case.

Exercising these rights is free, subject to legally permitted reproduction or delivery costs. Withdrawal of consent does not have retroactive effect; we will explain any consequences or applicable limitations.

Scope of cancellation

We will explain any justified blocking, retention, partial outcome or refusal. Deleting a central account does not automatically erase data held by another service; we will identify the relevant operator where appropriate.

For concerns about the response, reply through this channel and request clarification. You may also exercise the remedies available before the competent authority; using this channel does not waive those rights.
